The JPL Store is open Monday through Friday (including RDO), from 10am to 2:00pm at the main store.
Yes, but with significant limitations. Based on evaluation of evolving circumstances concerning the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and in light of recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the only people allowed on lab property are mission-essential personnel. If you do not qualify for this designation, you may contact your JPL supervisor to request this access. All public events and access at JPL have been cancelled until further notice. Members of the general public are not able to visit The JPL Store physical location at this time.
Yes, within specific limitations. All products sold by the JPL Store have been approved for sale at The JPL Store. Mission projects must have JPL leadership approval to sell to the general public. Any new designs will be submitted to NASA and JPL leadership for approval and must receive approval prior to being sold on The JPL Store website or any of the physical locations. The general public is not able to request special orders at this time. JPL employees and departments interested in placing a special ordered product need to contact the JPL Store at jplstore@jpl.nasa.gov for specific procedures.

We hope you love your order from The JPL Store, but we recognize that this is not always the case. If you need a new size or refund, go to Return/Exchanges section and follow the instructions to process a return or exchange. You will be able to print out a shipping label and mail your product back to us. Please note that some items may not be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to make international shipments, but we are working on it! If you're outside the US and want us to accelerate our progress, let us know via email at jplstore@jpl.nasa.gov.
Shipping times depend on a number of factors, including carrier-controlled timing after the product leaves our warehouse or production facility. For a product that we have on site at The JPL Store, we aim to fulfill orders within 7 business days of receiving them. Once they leave our facility, the time it takes until it arrives at your door depends on the shipping method and the carrier who is delivering the product (UPS or USPS). You can always reach out to us via email at jplstore@jpl.nasa.gov for questions about specific orders or specific products. Product that we make to order or do not have on site at The JPL Store require longer ship times.
