Thank you for your order. Please note refunds and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or products that has not been worn or washed. In the event of an exchange or refund please follow the procedure below:

  1. Exchange – You have the option of exchanging the item for another size at the on campus JPL store in Pasadena, CA. The exchange can also be processed by shipping to  our facility in Cypress, TX. The exchange should be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and must be in unused/new condition and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from info@thejplstore.com. Once your item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
  2. Refunds In order to receive a refund, returns should be completed within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Products returned must be in unused/new condition and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from info@thejplstore.com. Once your item is received and inspected, an exchange item, refund, or credit for future purchases will be issued.

Refunds are subject to a 6% restocking fee and shipping charges.
